The establishment of the Department of Homeland Security emphasizes the vulnerability of our nations' numerous infrastructures to various levels of violence and terrorism. Every ATSCC client and their associated infrastructures have specific operational requirements and unique security concerns. Our reach-back capability lends the necessary edge to terrorist deterrence -- in each assessment a detailed report including a threat assessment, risk analysis, prioritized mitigation recommendations, and countermeasures are provided.
Our analysis is multi-disciplined and multi-leveled. The ATSCC Intelligence Division employs a 360° approach where our methodologies and processes are continually refined and adopted to each unique project. The relative risk of for each threat and target combination is determined using algorithms to analyze potential consequences, the relative importance of targets to the aggressor and the security vulnerability levels.
